If not any good recipies, do you know of any food ideas I could incorporate in recipies as a diabetic?

remember that although you certainly want to limit sugar intake, you will also want to watch salt content as well. that being said, there are many ways to make things taste great without too much of either of those two things. when cooking for my vegetarian friend, i found that beans and veggies taste great without meat if you season them well with other things.i use peanut oil in cooking, and often add some black bean garlic sauce, basil, pine nuts, chopped garlic, onion, sage, and a little seasoning salt. when you pack on the other flavors, the lower salt content isnt noticed at all. try it with almost anything you cook, and mrs dash truly is great
